However, in rare cases of defects or damage, we offer a 2-Day Replacement Policy.

You must share a full-length original opening video (from sealed parcel to product inspection).
⚠️ Edited, paused, or re-recorded videos will make the claim ineligible.
If your parcel appears tampered, damaged, or slightly opened, please record a 360° video (front, back, sides) before opening and contact us immediately.

💰 Refunds & Credits

Once inspected and approved by our QC team, a credit note or refund will be issued.

Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable.

For damaged product returns, up to ₹50 courier charge reimbursement is provided (with receipt).

🚫 Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch:
You may cancel by phone or WhatsApp. Full refund will be issued.
After Dispatch:
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, if the product received is defective or wrong, a replacement will be processed as per the 2-Day Policy.
