Return, Exchange & Replacement Policy

At Abdesigns Jewellery, we take utmost care in crafting and inspecting each piece before dispatch.
However, in rare cases of defects or damage, we offer a 2-Day Replacement Policy.

Please Connect within 2 days of delivery.


🧿 Non-Returnable Items (Due to Hygiene Reasons)

The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Nose Pins / Naths

  • Toe Rings

  • Anklets


⚙️ Eligible for Return / Replacement

We gladly accept returns only if the item received is defective, broken, or damaged in transit.

To initiate a return:

  1. Take clear photos of the courier package and the product.

🎥 Mandatory Unboxing Video Policy

To process any claim for:

  • Broken / Damaged product

  • Missing quantity

  • Empty box

You must share a full-length original opening video (from sealed parcel to product inspection).
⚠️ Edited, paused, or re-recorded videos will make the claim ineligible.

If your parcel appears tampered, damaged, or slightly opened, please record a 360° video (front, back, sides) before opening and contact us immediately.


📅 Timeline & Return Instructions

  • Report any issue on the same day of delivery.

  • Ship items back within 2–3 days of delivery.

  • Product must be in original condition, with all packaging, tags, and accessories.

  • Self-shipment only. We currently do not offer pickup service.

💰 Refunds & Credits

  • Once inspected and approved by our QC team, a credit note or refund will be issued.

  • Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable.

  • For damaged product returns, up to ₹50 courier charge reimbursement is provided (with receipt).

  • Refund mode:

    • Online payments → refunded to original account

    • COD → refunded via Abdesigns Gift Voucher or bank transfer


⚠️ Not Eligible for Return / Replacement

  • Products returned without original packaging or missing accessories

  • Washed, altered, or used jewellery

  • Size, weight, colour variation, or personal liking (“doesn’t suit me”)

  • Any product with tampered, missing, or unreadable serial number


🚫 Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch:
You may cancel by phone or WhatsApp. Full refund will be issued.

After Dispatch:
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, if the product received is defective or wrong, a replacement will be processed as per the 2-Day Policy.
